EXTERIOR HOUSE PAINTING PROCESS

  • Power wash to remove mildew, dirt & cobwebs

  • Masking off of roof, bricks, windows, etc…

  • Wood putty large gaps or holes in trim or siding boards

  • Caulking of cracks where caulking has failed or is missing

  • Scrape any loose or peeling paint from the exterior

  • Sand and prime areas that are chipping or peeling

  •  

    Apply 1 to 2 finish coats

  • Thorough cleanup at project completion

  • Walkthrough with client to ensure satisfaction

INTERIOR HOUSE PAINTING PROCESS

 

  • Furniture and valuables are moved to the center of the room and covered with plastic

  • Flooring is covered with paint-proof drop cloths

  • Major cracks in ceilings, walls, and trim are filled and caulked if necessary

  • Walls and ceilings are prepared by patching up any holes or cracks

  • Any chips or peeling on the trim is sanded and primed before applying paint

  • Apply 1 to 2 finish coats

  • Thorough cleanup at project completion

  • Walkthrough with client to ensure satisfaction

 

DECK & FENCE PAINTING PROCESS

  • Power wash to remove mildew, dirt & cobwebs

  • Sand or wire brush oxidized (black) areas where necessary

  • Rinse sanded surfaces and remove dust 

  • Scrape loose or peeling paint

  • Sand and prime bare areas

  • Apply 1 to 2 finish coats

KITCHEN CABINET PAINTING PROCESS 

  • Thoroughly clean cabinetry with degreaser 

  • Remove all doors and drawers
  • Tape and protect surrounding areas

  • Lightly sand cabinetry 

  • Prime cabinetry

  • Apply 1 to 2 finish coats
